Richard Maxwell has a change of heart, helping Whit and Connie stop Dr. Blackgaard and later returning to seek forgiveness. Tom Riley initially holds a grudge, but it is resolved by the end, and in the Elsewhere in Odyssey comic arc “The Acolyte,” Richard continues trying to do what’s right.
