Description

Dr. Regis Blackgaard tried to create the deadly Ruku virus by obtaining a special mineral and the TA-418 formula, using break-ins, theft, kidnapping, and other schemes in Odyssey and beyond, but he was repeatedly stopped. He ultimately died in the tunnels under Whit’s End, and a later Blackgaard computer virus was also defeated, though his follower the Acolyte later returned seeking revenge.
