During a blizzard, Aubrey and Nick are stranded together at a gas station, where an emotional reunion leads Nick to open up about his failed time in college and the shame that kept him away from his family. After Aubrey shares her own struggles and encourages him, Nick is unexpectedly reunited with his father and returns home, where he is welcomed with love.
